This caviar was introduced in 1932 when the Prunier Restaurant in London's St James Street opened and was served at the King's coronation.

Prunier Caviar Paris
This preparation embodies the art of Prunier's French caviar. In 1921, it was served fresh, only 48 hours after harvesting, at the Prunier restaurant in Paris.
