    This caviar was introduced in 1932 when the Prunier Restaurant in London's St James Street opened and was served at the King's coronation.

    Copious taste and a superb length in mouth.

    It has silky grains and a unique texture that stems from its initial preparation from exceptionally fine Persian salt.

    This preparation embodies the art of Prunier's French caviar. In 1921, it was served fresh, only 48 hours after harvesting, at the Prunier restaurant in Paris.

    Prunier Oscietre is the reference of French caviar for connoisseurs or those new to caviar, with its iodised, frank and highly refined flavours.
